Step 1: Prepare Your Device

1. Unbox your Trezor device. Ensure all packaging is intact and untampered.
2. Verify the holographic seal on the packaging to confirm authenticity.

Step 2: Connect to Trezor Suite

1. Visit Trezor.io/start.
2. Download and install the Trezor Suite app compatible with your operating system (Windows, macOS, or Linux).

Step 3: Install Firmware

• Upon first connection, your Trezor device will ask you to install the latest firmware.
• Follow on-screen prompts in Trezor Suite to complete this step.

Step 4: Create or Recover a Wallet

• To Create a New Wallet:

1. Select "Create a New Wallet."
2. Generate and write down your recovery seed (a list of 12, 18, or 24 words). Keep this offline and secure.

• To Recover an Existing Wallet:

1. Choose "Recover Wallet" and enter your recovery seed.

⚠️ Important: Never share your recovery seed. Trezor will never ask for it online.

Step 5: Secure Your Wallet

1. Set a PIN to protect access to your device.
2. Optionally enable advanced security features like Passphrase.

Step 6: Start Managing Your Crypto

1. Use Trezor Suite to send, receive, and manage your cryptocurrency securely.
2. Explore features like portfolio tracking, exchange integration, and more.
